the zion ultra was super impressive. for starters, Matt Gunn pulled off a massive event, Organizing runners, aid stations, trail markers, awards, and all other logistics. good job!
next, the runners were goin for despite the heat and technical terrain. Jay Aldous, the top finisher of the 100 miler, crushed it with a time of 18:25.

The new 3DMW HQ
Huge changes here at 3DMW HQ. well, we now have a headquarters! along with the base camp shift came a lack of updating and internet access. however, we are back online! here are a few photos, a brief recap, of what we have failed to mention over the last couple months.

Maple Canyon
